These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and provision of tours and services by Glamour Tours Egypt, a licensed tour operator based in Hurghada, Egypt. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Booking Terms
A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge your requested tour, date, and number of guests and provide confirmation of pickup details. You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including your hotel, room number, contact number, and the number and ages of guests.
Pricing
All prices are stated per person or per group as indicated on each tour, and are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Prices include the services listed under “What’s Included” for each tour and exclude items listed under “What’s Not Included” such as personal expenses, tips, and optional extras. We reserve the right to update prices; the price confirmed at the time of your booking is the price that applies to that booking.
Customer Responsibilities
- Be ready at the agreed pickup point at the confirmed time.
- Hold valid identification and any documents required for the tour.
- Follow the safety instructions of our guides, drivers, and boat crews at all times.
- Declare any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or age restrictions relevant to the activity, for example the minimum age for quad biking.
Company Responsibilities
We will provide the tour as described, using licensed, experienced guides and suitable, maintained vehicles and equipment, and will take reasonable care for your safety and comfort throughout the tour.
Tour Changes
Occasionally we may need to adjust an itinerary, timing, or route due to weather, road or sea conditions, site closures, or operational reasons. Where changes are significant, we will inform you and, where appropriate, offer a reschedule or refund in line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Liability Limitations
Tours and activities such as desert safaris and sea trips carry inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, Glamour Tours Egypt is not liable for loss, injury, damage, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or from a customer’s failure to follow safety instructions. We strongly recommend that all customers hold valid travel insurance.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural events, government or authority action, port or coastguard closures, strikes, or civil disruption.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
