Glamour Tours Egypt sells guided day tours, desert safaris, Red Sea boat trips, cultural excursions, and airport transfers, each booked for a specific date with hotel pickup included where applicable. The following terms apply to all bookings, whether paid in cash or online.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed for a specific tour, date, and number of guests. You receive confirmation of your tour details and pickup time before the tour date.
Cancellation by the Customer
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time — full refund of any amount paid, no questions asked.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup — 50% of the tour price is charged; the remaining 50% is refunded.
- No-show at the agreed pickup point — non-refundable.
Flight-Inclusive and Third-Party-Ticketed Tours
Tours that include a domestic flight or other pre-issued third-party tickets (for example the Cairo one-day flight tour) are non-refundable once tickets have been issued, as these costs are paid to third parties in advance.
Cancellation by Glamour Tours Egypt
If we cancel a tour for any reason — including adverse weather, unsafe sea conditions, insufficient participants, or operational circumstances — you will be offered a free reschedule to another date or a full refund of all amounts paid, at your choice.
Weather and Force Majeure
Red Sea boat trips may be cancelled by the coastguard or port authority in high winds or unsafe conditions. In such cases the customer is entitled to a free reschedule or a full refund. Neither party is charged a penalty for cancellations caused by circumstances outside their control.
Refund Eligibility and Method
- Refunds are issued in line with the cancellation terms above.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at booking.
- Cash bookings are refunded in cash, or simply not charged if cancelled in time.
Refund Timeline
Online (card) refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, subject to the processing times of the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
